Notes:
(1) We never make the icing (the brownies are rich enough as-is).
(2) Freeze after cooling and cutting: they keep for months, and we like to nibble on frozen brownies (they last longer :-).
(3) When you pack these to ship to your starving college student:
+ Wrap them individually in Cling/Saran wrap
+ Pack them tightly in an Amazon.com A1 box
+ Ship 2nd day delivery
