April 21 - 30, 2007: Biking in the northern wine country relaxing in Big Sur, California!
We spent six days on a
Backroads
biking trip through Napa and Sonoma Counties, enjoying the scenery, the weather, the miles,
the great food and wine, and collapsing exhausted each evening!
Then we drove south to
Big Sur
where we enjoyed peace and quiet (and more great meals and fine wines) at the
Post Ranch Inn.
On our last day in California we visited the
Rodin Garden
at
Stanford University
and had a scrumptious lunch at
Tamarine
in
Palo Alto.
