Praiano walk, VM lunch, Le Sirenuse dinner, fireworks
Ben and Lisa headed west for Praiano about 6:00 a.m. and arrived at the
Bar del Sole
at 7:00 a.m. to enjoy a pastry and a decaf cappuccino.
We bought more pastries and carried them back for the kids for breakfast.
We had lunch at Villa Maura, a lazy afternoon, and then an 8:30 p.m. dinner at
Ristorante La Sponda
at
Le Sirenuse
in Positano. We enjoyed a bottle of
Krug Champagne.
We got back with plenty of time to watch the midnight fireworks launched from a barge
in the sea off the St. Pietro church, in celebration of
San Pietro.
