Brunch, Anchorage Museum, ANC->SEA
Ben got up around sunrise to snap a few photos and then we lazed around in bed until 9:30 a.m. when we got up to shower.
Alex picked us up about 10:00 a.m., we stopped for coffee at the Alaskan original
Kaladi Brothers Coffee
and then on to Alex and Susan's home for brunch.
Susan made very delicious homemade waffles and we caught up with David and Mark.
After brunch Alex, Mark, Ben and Nate visited the
Anchorage Museum
where Ben and Nate really enjoyed the work of
Sydney Laurence.
Alex and Mark dropped us at the airport and we had a leisurely lunch at
Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehouse,
where our waitress insisted on carding Ben. :-)
Then we took the 5:15 p.m. Continental flight #1167 back home to Seattle!
