SEA->ORD->LGA, 70 Park Avenue, Rosa Mexicano
We took the 6:06 a.m. United flight #732 to ORD,
then the 10:55 a.m. United flight #682 to LGA.
Our flight arrived early and we piled into a taxi to
70 Park Avenue Hotel
(on Park Avenue between E 38th and 39th Streets),
and checked in.
Then we walked mostly south 1.7 miles to
Rosa Mexicano
at Union Square to meet Max and his friend Jon for dinner.
We enjoyed a
2005 Torre Muga Rioja
and a
2006 La Sirena Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
with our meal.
After dinner some of us walked the long way back to the hotel,
passing the
Flatiron Building,
the
Empire State Building,
the
Ferrari New York dealer,
and
Lever House.
